For plucking various poultry.

Be sure to scald the bird first. Use a hose and sprayer to flush feathers.

Place bucket under hole in the base to catch feathers.

Turn motor on before placing bird inside.

For smaller birds consider placing two inside at once.

Includes:

- 13mm wrench

- bucket for catching feathers

Check reset buttons on motor housing and plug. Keep plug out of water

Cleaning Fee $50 -

To clean -

1) remove "barrel" using clips and snaps

2) Use the attached 13 mm wrench to remove reverse threaded bolt on bottom of turntable

3) Remove ALL feathers

4) allow to dry before reassembling

Consider also borrowing killing cones, turkey fryer pot / chicken scalding pot, propane burner
